Team Subscription is designed for team and organizational collaboration. In addition to all Personal Edition capabilities, it provides centralized member management, seat management, usage control, billing management, and shared resources, so teams can use StoreClaw together in a secure, controlled, and auditable way.
When to use Team Subscription
- Multiple people need to use StoreClaw together and manage accounts and permissions in one place.
- The team wants to purchase seats centrally instead of having each member subscribe separately.
- Managers need visibility into overall team usage and need to control how many credits different members can use.
- The team needs shared resource configuration, such as connectors and skills.
How to start Team Subscription
Create a team
You can create a team through the following flow:
- Register and sign in to your StoreClaw account.

Purchase seats
- The current commercial team plan requires at least 2 seats.
- Different seat credit tiers may correspond to different prices.
- After the purchase is complete, members can be assigned seats and start using team resources.

Section details
Account
After switching to a team account, members can view the following on the Account page:
- Current team information.
- Their personal profile under the team.
- Purchased team seats.
- Their current available credits.
If the current team subscription has been canceled but has not yet expired, the top of the page may show a subscription status notice, such as a cancellation message with the effective end date. Before the subscription ends, the current team remains accessible. After expiration, team access may be affected unless it is reactivated.
Billing
Owner and Admin can view team billing information, including:
- Current team subscription status.
- Billing details for purchased seats.
- Team-related billing records.
Team seats
On the Team Settings page, you can:
- View the current number of subscribed seats.
- Increase or reduce seats.
- Purchase new seats.
- Set the team name.
- View the team ID.
- Delete the team.
Deleting a team is a high-impact action and is typically limited to the Owner.
Deleting a team also triggers the subscription cancellation flow. Based on the current page guidance, pay special attention to the following before confirming deletion:
- The subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, not immediately.
- Before the expiration date, team features can usually continue to be used.
- After expiration, team members will lose access to that team.
- Team data is retained for a period of time and is then permanently deleted.
Because this is a high-risk action, it is recommended to confirm member access, subscription status, and data retention impact before proceeding.

Member management includes:

Usage

- View usage across team seats.
- Limit how many credits can be allocated by seat.
- Control usage limits for different members.
In the Per-user spending limit table, common fields include:

- Subscribed credits.
- Current usage.
- An edit entry used to adjust that member's credit spending limit.

- Uploading a new skill from the upper-right button.
