By connecting LingXing ERP, StoreClaw can use the data authorized in your LingXing account to help you query and analyze Amazon operations data, such as FBA inventory, listings, profit reports, keyword rankings, competitor monitoring, and hijacker monitoring.

After the connection is complete, you can ask questions in natural language in StoreClaw, without manually switching between multiple LingXing report pages.

LingXing MCP availability, pricing, account permissions, MCP URL access, and LingXing-side features are subject to LingXing’s official documentation. If you have questions, contact LingXing support or your LingXing sales representative.

Use cases

The LingXing ERP connector is suitable for Amazon store operations analysis, such as:

  • Query FBA inventory, available inventory, warehouse inventory, and related data.
  • Query listing lists, status, ratings, fulfillment methods, and marketplaces.
  • Analyze MSKU profit, order profit, gross profit, and other business metrics.
  • View ranking changes by ASIN or keyword.
  • Monitor competitor price, rating, review count, and ranking changes.
  • Query ASIN hijacker activity and identify new hijacker risks.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure that:

  • You can log in to StoreClaw.
  • You already have a LingXing ERP account.
  • Your LingXing account has permission to access the data you want to query.
  • LingXing MCP has been enabled in LingXing ERP.
  • You can access the AI Assistant or Manage MCP page in LingXing ERP.
  • If you cannot find the MCP entry, contact LingXing support or your LingXing sales representative to confirm whether this capability has been enabled.

According to LingXing’s official documentation, an administrator needs to enable MCP in Business configuration -> Open API -> MCP in LingXing ERP. Whether this capability is available and whether it requires a paid plan are subject to LingXing’s official documentation.

Step 1: Get the MCP Key in LingXing ERP

To connect LingXing ERP in StoreClaw, you need to provide the LingXing API Key. Follow these steps to get it:

Get the MCP Server URL

  1. Log in to LingXing ERP.
  2. Go to the AI Assistant module.
  3. Click Manage MCP.
  4. Click Copy server URL.
  5. Temporarily paste the copied MCP Server URL in a secure place so you can extract the Key.

Copy the MCP Key from the URL

The LingXing MCP Server URL usually contains the Key used for authentication. The StoreClaw connection modal includes the following instruction:

Go to LingXing ERP -> AI Assistant -> Manage MCP -> Copy the key from the server URL.

Copy the corresponding Key from the LingXing MCP Server URL, then paste it into the API Key field in StoreClaw.

Note: Do not share the full MCP Server URL or MCP Key with unrelated people. This Key is associated with the data permissions of the current LingXing account. If it is exposed, others may be able to query your LingXing data.

Step 2: Connect LingXing ERP in StoreClaw

  1. Log in to StoreClaw.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Connectors.
  3. In the connector list, select the Ecommerce category.
  4. Find the LingXing ERP card.
  5. Click the add button on the card.
  6. In the API Key field in the modal, paste your LingXing API Key.
  7. Click Connect.
  8. Wait until the page shows that the connection is successful.

After the connection is successful, StoreClaw will access data based on the LingXing account permissions associated with the MCP Key. MCP URLs or Keys generated from different LingXing accounts may provide access to different data scopes.

Step 3: Use LingXing data in StoreClaw

After LingXing ERP is connected, you can directly describe the data you want to query or analyze in StoreClaw.

To improve query success, we recommend including the following information in your prompt:

  • Platform or marketplace: For example, Amazon US or Amazon DE.
  • Store or account: If you have multiple stores, specify the store name.
  • Time range: For example, the last 7 days, last month, or 2026-06-01 to 2026-06-03.
  • Product identifier: For example, SKU, MSKU, ASIN, FNSKU, or SPU.
  • Expected output: For example, a table, diagnosis, action suggestions, or risk list.

Example:

Query the profit performance of each MSKU in my Amazon US store over the last 30 days.
Sort the results by profit from high to low, and point out SKUs with abnormal gross profit.

Common prompt examples

You can ask questions like:

How much FBA inventory does SKU A001 have now?
Show me the top-selling listings in the US marketplace over the last 30 days.
What was the gross profit of each ASIN last month? Summarize by store.
Help me check the keyword ranking changes for ASIN B0XXXXXX.
Have there been any changes in the price, rating, or ranking of competitor B0XXXXXX recently?
Does this ASIN have any hijackers? Highlight cases where the number of sellers is greater than 3.

Permissions, rate limits, and data notes

Data permissions

The LingXing MCP Server URL is tied to the data permissions of the current LingXing account. The data StoreClaw can query depends on what the LingXing account that generated the MCP URL can access in LingXing ERP.

If StoreClaw cannot find a store, SKU, ASIN, or report, check:

  • Whether the current LingXing account has access to the store.
  • Whether the current LingXing account has access to the related module.
  • Whether LingXing MCP is enabled.
  • Whether the copied MCP Key comes from the correct account.

Query rate limits

According to LingXing’s official documentation, the call frequency limit for each LingXing MCP Server tool is the same as the Open API, with a QPS of 1.

If you submit many queries continuously, responses may become slower or some requests may need to wait. We recommend breaking complex questions into more specific queries, such as checking inventory first, then checking profit, and then asking StoreClaw to summarize the analysis.

Data freshness

According to LingXing’s official documentation, MCP query results are consistent with the data shown in the ERP pages and are synced in real time.

If StoreClaw returns results that do not match your expectations, first check the same time range, store, and filter conditions in LingXing ERP.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if I cannot find the LingXing MCP entry?

A: Check whether your LingXing account is on a paid plan and whether an administrator has enabled MCP in Business configuration > Open API > MCP.

If you still cannot find the entry, contact LingXing support or your LingXing sales representative.

Q: What should I do if StoreClaw says the API Key is invalid?

A: Check:

  • Whether you copied the correct Key from the LingXing MCP Server URL.
  • Whether the Key contains extra spaces, line breaks, or unnecessary characters.
  • Whether the Key comes from the LingXing account you want to connect.
  • Whether LingXing MCP is still enabled.

Q: Why can’t I find a specific store or product?

A: Common reasons include:

  • The LingXing account that generated the MCP Key does not have access to the store.
  • The product, listing, or ASIN is not included in the current filter scope in LingXing ERP.
  • The prompt does not clearly specify the marketplace, store, SKU, MSKU, or ASIN.
  • The request is outside the capability scope supported by LingXing MCP.

Try again with more specific query conditions.

Q: Can I share the MCP Key with team members?

A: We do not recommend it. The MCP Key is tied to the data permissions of the current LingXing account. Sharing the Key may lead to unauthorized data access or data leakage.

If team members also need to use LingXing data, we recommend that an administrator configure proper LingXing account permissions for them. Each member should then obtain their own MCP URL or Key.

Q: Why is the query response slow?

A: LingXing MCP Server has call frequency limits. If you send many queries continuously, responses may become slower or requests may need to wait.

We recommend splitting complex questions into multiple specific tasks, such as querying inventory first, then querying profit, and then asking StoreClaw to summarize the results.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions about LingXing MCP?

A: If your question is about LingXing MCP activation, pricing, account permissions, MCP URL, LingXing ERP page entries, or LingXing-side report data, contact LingXing support or your LingXing sales representative.

If your question is about the connector page in StoreClaw, API Key entry, how to use StoreClaw conversations, or how StoreClaw displays returned results, contact StoreClaw support.
