StoreClaw supports connecting multiple accounts under the same connector. For teams operating multiple stores, multiple Seller IDs, multiple brand accounts, or multiple business system accounts, these accounts can be connected to StoreClaw separately, and the object to analyze can be specified in subsequent chats.

What is multi-account connection

Multi-account connection means that the same Connector can connect more than one account.

For example, under the Amazon Connector, you can connect:

  • North American Amazon seller account
  • European Amazon seller account
  • Another brand or business line's Amazon seller account

After each successful connection, StoreClaw will display it as an independent account. You can set a more understandable alias for the account to facilitate identification by yourself and StoreClaw in subsequent chats.

Why set account aliases

Many platforms' unique identifiers are not suitable for direct reading, such as Seller ID, store handle, account ID, or system-generated key. They are suitable for system identification but not for daily communication.

Account aliases are used to make it easier for both humans and AI to understand what the account represents.

It is recommended to use clear and stable naming, for example:

  • US Main Store
  • European Women's Store
  • Amazon US Brand A
  • Shopify Official Store
  • Lingxing ERP Main Account

After setting an alias, you can directly say in a chat:

Help me analyze the sales changes of US Main Store in the last 30 days.
Compare inventory risks between European Women's Store and US Main Store.

StoreClaw will try to understand which connected account to use based on the alias you provide.

Where to manage connected accounts

You can view and manage connected accounts in two places.

Plugin detail page

After entering a Plugin, you can see the accounts already connected under that Plugin. Each account usually displays:

  • Platform or connector identifier.
  • Store handle or platform unique key.
  • Store name or account name.
  • The account alias you set.

If the Plugin supports adding more accounts, you can connect a new account through the add button on the Connector row.

My Integrations in Settings

All successfully connected accounts will be displayed in Settings → My Integrations.

Here you can view connected accounts and disconnect accounts that are no longer used. In the current version, Settings only supports viewing and disconnecting; adding new accounts is not supported. Please add new accounts from the Plugin detail page or the corresponding connection entry.

How to add a new account

  1. Enter the corresponding Plugin detail page.
  2. In the Connector section, click Connect.
  3. Select the account region you want to connect, such as North America, Europe, or Far East.
  4. Click Connect Amazon.
  5. Complete authorization or fill in connection information as required by the platform.
  6. After successful connection, confirm that the account appears in the connected account list.
  7. Set an easily identifiable alias for the account.

After successful connection, this account can be used in StoreClaw chats, analysis, and operational tasks.

How to disconnect an account

If you no longer want StoreClaw to access a specific account, you can disconnect it.

To disconnect:

  1. Click Settings in the left navigation.
  2. Find My Integrations on the settings page.
  3. Locate the account you want to disconnect in the connected accounts list.
  4. Click the Disconnect button on that account card.

After disconnection, StoreClaw will no longer be able to read data from that account. Whether previously generated historical chats, reports, or records are still viewable depends on the actual page display and your team's data retention policy.

Amazon multi-account and Region notes

When connecting Amazon, StoreClaw will first ask you to select a Region:

  • North America
  • Europe
  • Far East

After selecting a Region, the page will display the marketplaces supported under that Region. Marketplaces are only used to indicate the coverage of the Region; there is no need to select them individually at this time.

After clicking authorize, StoreClaw will redirect to the corresponding Amazon authorization page based on the Region you selected. Please use the Amazon seller account you want to connect to complete the authorization.

If you have multiple Amazon Seller IDs, you need to complete the connection separately. Each successfully connected Seller ID will be displayed as an independent account and can have an alias set.

How to ask questions when using multiple accounts

When you have connected multiple accounts, it is recommended to clearly specify the account alias, platform, or store name in your question.

Recommended phrasing:

Help me analyze the reason for the conversion rate decline of Amazon US Main Store in the last 14 days.
Compare Shopify Official Store and Amazon US Main Store, which channel had higher inventory risk last week?
Looking only at European Women's Store, generate a weekly operational briefing.

If your question does not specify an account, StoreClaw may select one based on the current context or prompt you to supplement which account to use.

Current version limitations

  • Connectors support connecting and disconnecting accounts.
  • Settings only supports viewing and disconnecting accounts; adding new accounts is not supported.
  • Account aliases should be kept unique to avoid multiple accounts using the same or similar names.
  • If you are chatting in MyStore, StoreClaw will prioritize using the current store context and will not automatically read data from other stores.
