FAQ

Q: Why can I see the key only once?

A: This is part of SellerSprite's security design. To reduce the risk of key exposure, the platform shows the full key only once when it is created. If you do not save it at that time, you will need to generate a new one.

Q: Can the old key still be used after I generate a new one?

A: No. After a new key is generated, the old key is invalidated automatically. You will need to update the key in StoreClaw as well.

Q: How do I disconnect SellerSprite?

A: On the StoreClaw Connectors page, click the connected SellerSprite card and select Disconnect. If you want to fully disable access, it is also a good idea to delete or reset the corresponding key in SellerSprite.
