After connecting Noon, StoreClaw can access your order, product, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and return data across Noon UAE, KSA, Egypt, and other markets within the authorized scope, for store analysis, operations management, and automation tasks.

This guide explains how to create a service account in Noon Seller Lab, download store_credentials.json, and complete the Noon store connection in StoreClaw.

Prerequisites

Before starting the connection, please confirm the following conditions are met:

  • You already have a Noon seller account that can log in normally.
  • You can access Noon Seller Lab: https://login.noon.partners/
  • Your current account has owner or administrator permissions and can create API users.
  • You have confirmed the Noon project or marketplace you want to connect, such as UAE, KSA, or Egypt.
  • You are already logged in to StoreClaw.

Tip: Different Noon marketplaces or projects may correspond to different credentials and Project IDs. If you operate multiple projects at the same time, please verify the credentials for each project separately.

What You Need to Prepare

The connection requires the following two items:

Item Source Description
store_credentials.json Noon Seller Lab The JSON credential file downloaded after creating the service account
Project ID Noon Seller Lab The project identifier, usually in a format like PRJ123456. You can also find the project_code field in the JSON file.

Security note: store_credentials.json is equivalent to API access credentials. Please keep it secure. Do not share it in screenshots, group chats, public documents, or email.

Step 1: Log in to Noon Seller Lab

  1. Open your browser and visit https://login.noon.partners/.
  2. Log in with your Noon seller account.
  3. Enter the Seller Lab console.

Step 2: Open User Access

In the left navigation bar, click in order:

User & Access -> User Access

Note: In some accounts, this menu may appear as Users & Access. After entering, simply select User Access.

Step 3: Create a Service Account

Create a new service account on the User Access page to generate Noon API credentials.

Open the API Users Page

  1. Click the API Users tab.
  2. Click Add Service Account.

Add Service Account

Fill In the Service Account Information

Fill out the form as follows:

Field Suggested Value Description
Display Name StoreClaw or a custom name Used to distinguish this API user
Username / Email Enter a valid email address Used as the service account identifier
GSP service account credentials Checked This must be checked, otherwise the required credentials will not be generated

After completing the form, click Create User.

Confirm the Permission Role

After entering the permission confirmation page, confirm that the role for this account is Project Owner, then click Update.

Important: Please select Project Owner based on StoreClaw's current connection requirements. If permissions are insufficient, StoreClaw may fail later when reading orders, inventory, products, pricing, or fulfillment data.

Project Owner Role

Step 4: Download store_credentials.json

After the service account is created successfully, the page will display the credentials.

  1. Check I agree to the terms stated above.
  2. Click Download as JSON to download store_credentials.json.
  3. If it is not convenient to download it right away, you can also copy the full JSON content from the text box for backup.

Important: This credential is usually shown in full only once. Please save it immediately and keep it secure. If the credential is lost, you will usually need to create a new service account and generate a new credential.

Download store_credentials.json

Step 5: Check the API User Role

Return to the User Access page and confirm again that the API User you just created shows Project Owner in the Role column.

If it does not show that role, please complete the required permissions before continuing with the connection.

Check API User Role

Step 6: Connect Noon in StoreClaw

You can find the Noon connector in either of the following two ways:

  • Type help me connect Noon in the StoreClaw chat window.
  • Click Connectors in the left navigation bar, then find the Noon connector card under the E-commerce category.

The connection flow is as follows:

  1. Click the + button on the Noon connector card.
  2. In the connector popup window, click Connect Noon.
  3. Fill in the required information in the connection form.

Fill In the Connection Information

In the connection window, fill in the following two fields:

Field Value to Enter
Store Credentials Open store_credentials.json in a text editor, copy the entire content, and paste it here completely
Project ID Enter the project_code value from the JSON, for example PRJ123456

StoreClaw Noon Connection Form

Note: When pasting store_credentials.json, make sure the content is complete, including the opening and closing braces, and do not omit or add extra characters.

Complete the Connection

After confirming the information is correct, click Connect. Once the connection succeeds, the Noon card will show Connected.

Connect Button

Verify the Connection Status

After the connection is complete, you can confirm it is working in the following ways:

  1. Go to the Connectors page and confirm that the Noon card shows Connected.
  2. Enter a similar command in the StoreClaw chat window, for example check my Noon orders.
  3. If the system can return Noon data normally, the connection is active.

If the connection fails, please check whether store_credentials.json is complete, whether the Project ID is correct, and whether the API user role is Project Owner.

Disconnect the Connection

If you need to stop StoreClaw from accessing Noon data, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Connectors page.
  2. Find the connected Noon card.
  3. Click the card and choose Disconnect in the popup.
  4. Confirm the disconnection.

Note: After disconnecting, StoreClaw will stop reading data from that Noon project. Disconnecting will not delete any data on the Noon platform, and it will not affect historical analysis results already generated in StoreClaw.

Recommendation: If you want to completely revoke access, please also go to Noon Seller Lab to disable or delete the corresponding API User.

Available Features After a Successful Connection

After the connection succeeds, StoreClaw can access Noon data within the authorized scope and supports the following capabilities:

Feature Module Available Capabilities
Order analysis View order lists, order details, and order status
Product analysis View products, SKUs, and product content information
Inventory analysis View inventory quantities and cross-warehouse inventory status
Pricing analysis View product prices, suggested retail prices, and price changes
Fulfillment analysis View shipping orders, shipping labels, manifests, and logistics tracking information
Return analysis View return requests and RTO (Return to Origin) related data

Note: The actual available data and action scope depend on Noon credential permissions, the API user role, and StoreClaw's current product configuration. Data that is not authorized or that the account does not have permission to access will not be read by StoreClaw.

Example Commands

After the connection succeeds, you can enter the following commands in StoreClaw:

  • check Noon orders from the last 7 days
  • analyze inventory risk for my Noon UAE store
  • list Noon SKUs with low stock
  • check recent Noon return trends
  • summarize my Noon store's sales performance over the last 30 days
  • analyze Noon product price and inventory changes

Security Recommendations

To help ensure data and account security, we recommend the following:

  • Use a dedicated API user: Create a separate service account for StoreClaw and do not share it with other systems.
  • Protect credentials properly: Do not expose store_credentials.json in group chats, public documents, screenshots, or email.
  • Audit regularly: Regularly review the API Users list in Noon Seller Lab.
  • Disable in time: If you suspect the credentials have been leaked, immediately disable or delete the corresponding API User and create a new service account.
  • Manage by project: For different Noon projects, create and manage credentials separately to make later auditing and revocation easier.

FAQ

Q: Does creating a Service Account require payment?

A: Usually not. Creating an API user in Noon Seller Lab generally does not incur a separate fee.

Q: Can I connect multiple Noon stores?

A: No. StoreClaw currently supports connecting only one Noon store.

Q: What should I do if store_credentials.json is lost?

A: This file usually cannot be downloaded again. You need to create a new Service Account in Noon Seller Lab, then update the connection in StoreClaw with the new credentials.

Q: Do the credentials expire?

A: They generally do not expire automatically. However, if the API user is deleted, disabled, or Noon revokes the credentials, the connection will become invalid. In that case, you need to create a new service account and update the connection information in StoreClaw.

Q: What should I check if authentication fails after connecting?

A: Please check the following in order: whether the full store_credentials.json content was pasted correctly, especially the opening and closing braces; whether the Project ID matches the project associated with the current service account; whether the API user role is Project Owner; and whether the API user has been deleted or disabled in Seller Lab.

Q: Will StoreClaw modify my Noon data?

A: StoreClaw accesses Noon data within the authorized scope for analysis and automation tasks. Whether write or operational capabilities are supported depends on StoreClaw's current product configuration, your credential permissions, and the actions you initiate. The connection process itself will not delete or publish your Noon data.

Q: How do I completely revoke StoreClaw access?

A: You can first disconnect Noon on the Connectors page in StoreClaw, then go to Noon Seller Lab to disable or delete the corresponding API User. This will completely cut off StoreClaw's access to that Noon project.
