With WeixinClawBot, you can chat directly with the StoreClaw AI assistant in WeChat. It is suitable for daily ecommerce tasks such as store operations, market analysis, product selection, product optimization, content generation, and store management.

Unlike WeCom bot notifications, WeixinClawBot is a two-way conversation channel. After it is connected, you can send questions directly to ClawBot in a WeChat chat window and receive replies from the StoreClaw AI assistant.

WeixinClawBot is suitable for quick mobile conversations and lightweight task handling, such as:

  • Ask StoreClaw questions or start tasks directly in WeChat.
  • Quickly view replies from the StoreClaw AI assistant.

  • Work on lightweight tasks such as product selection, product optimization, and market analysis from your mobile device.

If you need to send automation task results to a team group on an ongoing basis, use notification channels such as WeCom bot notifications. If you need to chat directly with the AI assistant, WeixinClawBot is the better option.

Before you begin

Before you start, make sure that:

  • You can log in to and use your personal WeChat account normally.
  • You can use Scan in the WeChat mobile app to scan a QR code.
  • You are ready to connect the current WeChat account to StoreClaw WeixinClawBot.

Please note:

The same WeChat account can only be connected to one StoreClaw workspace at a time.

If the current WeChat account is already connected to another StoreClaw workspace, continuing the connection will automatically disconnect the existing connection. This is a WeChat-side limitation, not a StoreClaw system issue.

Step 1: Go to the message channels page

  1. Log in to StoreClaw.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Channels.
  3. In the channel list, find the WeixinClawBot card.

Step 2: Open the WeChat connection window

  1. Click the add button on the WeixinClawBot card.
  2. A WeixinClawBot connection window will appear.
  3. The window will show a QR code for binding your WeChat account.

Step 3: Scan the QR code with WeChat

  1. Open WeChat on your phone.
  2. Use Scan to scan the QR code shown on the page.
  3. After scanning, WeChat will open the connection confirmation page.

Step 4: Confirm the connection

If this is your first time connecting StoreClaw, follow the page instructions to complete authorization.

If WeChat shows that the current WeChat account is already connected to another StoreClaw workspace, choose based on your needs:

  • To switch this WeChat account to the current StoreClaw workspace, click Continue connecting.
  • To keep the existing StoreClaw connection, close the page and cancel this connection.

Step 5: Start using WeixinClawBot

After the connection is successful, you will enter a WeChat chat window. You can send messages directly to WeixinClawBot, such as:

  • Introduce yourself
  • Help me analyze whether this product is suitable for listing
  • Help me write a product title and selling points
  • Help me generate store operation suggestions
  • Help me analyze competitors and market trends

ClawBot will reply directly in WeChat and provide StoreClaw AI assistant capabilities.

Q: Why does it say that my WeChat account is already connected to StoreClaw?

A: This is a WeChat-side connection limit. The same WeChat account can only be connected to one StoreClaw workspace at a time.

Q: What happens if I continue connecting?

A: After you continue, the current WeChat account will be connected to the current StoreClaw workspace. The previously connected StoreClaw workspace will be disconnected.

Q: Can I connect multiple WeixinClawBots at the same time?
