This page explains how to sign up for and log in to StoreClaw, and how to manage your profile, subscription plan, and credit usage after signing in.
Go to storeclaw.com, click "Get Started Free," and complete registration with your email address and password. After registration, the system sends a verification email. You can start using the account normally after you activate it through the link in that email.
If you joined through an invitation link, click the invitation link directly and follow the on-screen instructions. No separate registration is required.
Go to storeclaw.com and sign in with your email address and password. If you have already linked your Google account, you can also click "Continue with Google."
Account Settings
Click your avatar in the lower-left corner to view your current plan and remaining credits, and use the language entry to switch the interface language. Select Settings to open the account settings panel and manage your profile, Usage, and Billing.
Profile
- Avatar: Click the edit icon in the lower-right corner of the avatar to upload a custom image.
- Registered email: Displays the email address currently bound to the account. For security reasons, this email address cannot be changed.
- Display name: You can edit the account display name at any time. Click Save for the change to take effect.
- Delete account: Permanently deletes the account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting the account. If you need the account deleted earlier, contact support.
Billing
The Billing tab is used to manage subscriptions and payment records. For more details, see Subscription Management and Payments and Invoicing:
- Current plan: Shows the subscribed plan and expiration date. Click Upgrade Plan to go to the plan selection page.
- Billing history: Lists previous payment records and supports invoice download.
- Cancel subscription: Stops renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, the account is downgraded to the free plan. Existing files and conversation history are not affected.
Usage
The Usage tab shows credit consumption for the current billing cycle. For more details, see Credits and Usage:
- Current plan: Displays the name of your subscribed plan.
- Credits: Credits used in the current cycle and the total quota.
- Daily refresh credits: Some plans include free credits that reset daily. This section shows the daily available amount.
- Usage history: Lists the credit cost of each task over time, which can help you review high-consumption tasks.
Credit usage is determined by both task complexity and execution frequency. High-frequency scheduled tasks continue to consume credits over time, so it is a good idea to review this page regularly and confirm usage is within the expected range.
FAQ
Q: Can I change my registered email address?
A: Not at the moment. If you have a special request, contact support through Support at the bottom of the page.
Q: What happens when I run out of credits?
A: After your credits are exhausted, new tasks cannot run for the rest of the current billing cycle. You can check your remaining quota on the Credits and Usage page or upgrade your plan for more credits.
Q: Will my data be lost after I cancel my subscription?
A: No. Canceling a subscription only stops renewal. You can continue using the service until the current cycle ends. After that, the account is downgraded to the free plan. Historical conversations and files in the Library are kept, but some advanced features will no longer be available.
