After connecting Tencent Docs, you can use StoreClaw to search, preview, and reference files you have permission to access from one AI workspace. When supported by the task, StoreClaw can also create, organize, or save content across online documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other compatible files.

Feature availability: Available file types and operations depend on the current Tencent Docs connector capabilities, the permissions of the authorized account, and the options shown in the product interface.

Good-fit Workflows

  • Find team materials by topic, time, purpose, or owner.
  • Summarize plans, meeting notes, and project documents into key information and action items.
  • Add specific files to a task for comparison, rewriting, organization, or follow-up creation.
  • Create online documents or spreadsheets from natural-language instructions.
  • Organize task outputs and save results back to Tencent Docs.

Before You Start

  • You have a valid Tencent Docs Access Token.
  • The account associated with the Access Token has permission to access the target files or folders.
  • You are signed in to StoreClaw.

Get a Tencent Docs Access Token

  1. Go to the Tencent Docs Exclusive Entry and sign in.
  2. Generate your Access Token.

Security note: Treat the Access Token as a credential for your Tencent Docs account. Do not paste it into a StoreClaw chat or expose it in screenshots, support tickets, or public documents. Enter it only in the Tencent Docs connection dialog.

Connect Tencent Docs

  1. Click Plugins in the StoreClaw sidebar.
  2. Open the Productivity Tools category.
  3. Find the Tencent Docs card and click the + on the card.
  4. Paste your Tencent Docs Access Token into the Access Token field in the dialog.
  5. Click Continue with Tencent Docs to complete the connection.

After a successful connection, the Tencent Docs account appears as Connected. StoreClaw can access only the content available to the account associated with the Access Token. It does not bypass Tencent Docs account or file permissions.

Example Prompts

  • Open the Tencent Docs file I edited most recently and summarize its core content, key information, and action items.
  • Find documents with “product launch” in the title and summarize the latest plan.
  • Compare these two project plans and organize their goals, timelines, and main risks.
  • Organize these meeting notes by agenda item and assign an owner and due date to each action item.
  • Create an online spreadsheet with Product Name, Product Category, and Launch Date columns.
  • Save this task output to Tencent Docs.

Permissions and Sensitive Actions

StoreClaw accesses files only within the permissions of the Tencent Docs account you authorize. Connecting an account does not automatically search, modify, or create documents. StoreClaw calls these capabilities only when you actively start a relevant task.

For actions that may affect real business content—such as creating, editing, overwriting, or saving files—StoreClaw may request confirmation before execution. Review the target account, file, action, and authorization scope before approving. For details, see Review and Approve Sensitive Actions.

Security recommendation: Do not add files containing unrelated sensitive information to a task. Before referencing a file or saving an output to Tencent Docs, confirm that the current account, destination, and collaboration permissions meet your team's data-management requirements.

Save Task Outputs to Tencent Docs

If write-back is supported for the current task and file type:

  1. Select the file you want to save from the task outputs.
  2. Choose the option to upload or save it to the cloud.
  3. Select Tencent Docs as the destination.
  4. Review the target file or folder and confirm the save action.

After the file is saved, your team can continue viewing, editing, and collaborating in Tencent Docs.

Disconnect or Switch Accounts

  1. Go to Plugins -> Productivity Tools.
  2. Open the Tencent Docs Plugin page and find the connected Tencent Docs account.
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm the disconnection.
  4. To switch accounts, click + on the Tencent Docs Plugin page and enter a new Access Token.

After disconnection, StoreClaw can no longer access Tencent Docs through that account. Disconnecting does not delete original files in Tencent Docs or historical task outputs already saved in StoreClaw.
