In StoreClaw, a project is the unit used to organize work by business context. You can create a separate project for each store, category, or product line, and keep related conversations, scheduled tasks, and files together so that work from different areas does not get mixed.

Layout of a Project Page

When you open a project, the page is divided into three areas:

  • Conversation area (center of the page) Ask project-specific questions directly in the input box. The conversation list below shows all previous conversations in that project, and you can click one to continue an earlier task.
  • Scheduled Tasks panel (upper-right) Shows active automation tasks in the project, including their execution frequency and next run time. You can hover over a task to delete it. Click + to add an existing scheduled task to the project, and the dropdown menu also includes an option to create a new scheduled task.
  • Library panel (lower-right) Shows files generated by tasks in the project. You can download files or generate share links here without leaving the project.

Manage Projects

  • Create a project Click Projects in the left navigation, then click + New Project in the upper-right corner.
  • Rename a project Move your mouse to hover over the project name and click the pencil icon to rename the project.
  • Move existing conversations into a project This is useful for organizing work that was originally created in the global conversation list. See Chats for details.
  • Delete a project Click ... -> Delete. After deletion, conversations and files from that project remain in the global history and the Library; they are simply no longer grouped under that project.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between a project and a global chat?

A: There is no functional difference in what StoreClaw can do. The difference is organizational. Chats are useful for one-off tasks, while projects are better for ongoing work because they keep related conversations, scheduled tasks, and files together for future review and management.

Q: If I delete a project, are the conversations and files inside it deleted too?

A: No. Deleting a project only removes the grouping. The original conversations and files remain in global history and in the Library.

Q: Can one store have multiple projects?

A: Yes. For example, the same store can have one project for "Day-to-day Operations" and another for "Campaign Planning" so that different kinds of work are managed separately.

Q: How do I bind a specific store's data to a project?

A: Projects do not require a separate connector setup. When you start a chat inside a project, StoreClaw reads the connected store data available in your account. If you have multiple connected stores, StoreClaw asks which one to use during the chat. If no store has been connected yet, first complete the setup in Connectors.

A: 不会。

A: 可以。
